Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–10 business days, depending on product availability.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your item has been dispatched.
Cancellations
Cancellations for standard orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be treated under our Return Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be accepted provided that:
The item has not been worn or used, It is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and the request is made within 5 days of receiving your order
If your package was lost or never delivered due to a verified carrier error, you may be eligible for a full refund upon claim verification.

International Shipping & Duties
We offer International shipping through trusted carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS.
Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other international fees are included in product prices.
RAMZAR is not liable for delays caused by customs processes, holidays, or import inspections.
Inspection & Damage Claims
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Any damages, defects, or missing items must be reported to our team within 48 hours of receipt, including photo evidence.
Claims made after this period may not be honored.
Shipping Delays & Liability
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, RAMZAR is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit.
In rare cases of extreme weather, customs delays, or carrier strikes, RAMZAR is not liable for missed delivery timelines.
Sales Tax
Local sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your order at checkout.
International customers may incur additional import duties or local taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are non-refundable.
