Return Policy FAQ

Below are answers to common questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.


How do I return an item?

To return an item, please visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to begin the process. Follow the on-screen instructions to select the item or items you wish to return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping guidelines.


What items are returnable?

Most RAMZAR items can be returned within seven (7) days from the date of fulfillment. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, and must be returned in their original Ramzar packaging. 


What are the refund options?

RAMZAR currently offers refunds in the form of either store credit or a return to your original payment method. Once your return has been evaluated and approved, you may choose to receive a digital Gift Card via email—redeemable at checkout on your next purchase—or have the amount refunded directly to your card.


The item I received is damaged!

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within five (5) days of the delivery date at Info@ramzarjewelry.com. Our team will assist you and provide further instructions on how to proceed.


How do I ship my return?

After submitting your return request, you will receive an email with complete shipping instructions and the return address. Please follow the guidelines provided in that email to ensure a smooth return process.


When will I receive my store credit?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your store credit will be processed within three to five business days after the approval date.


LOST PACKAGES

RAMZAR is not responsible for lost packages that have been safely and correctly handed to the mail carrier.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for store credit or refund.

If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, customers must file a claim directly with USPS.

RAMZAR will not replace or refund lost packages unless the order is returned to our facility in perfect, unused condition.

If you receive fewer pieces or incorrect items, you must provide photo evidence within 8–24 hours for evaluation. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. Fraudulent claims will be investigated and may result in legal action.
