Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated after all discounts and promotions are applied. Depending on your location, additional taxes may apply. RAMZAR is not responsible for additional shipping fees, taxes, or delays due to geographic delivery restrictions or regulations.
Note: Ramzar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed off to the carrier with the correct address. Customers must file USPS claims directly:
USPS Missing Mail Claim
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders ship via DHL Express, FedEx, USPS First Class International, or USPS Priority Mail International, depending on service availability and destination.
DHL Express: typically delivers within 3–7 business days.
FedEx: typically delivers within 3–7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express International: approximately 3–10 business days.
USPS Priority Mail International: approximately 3-15 business days.
Customs duties, import taxes, and international fees are included in checkout prices.
Ramzar is not liable for delays caused by customs, inspections, or holidays in the destination country. Each shipment includes a tracking number or customs declaration number for visibility.
Once a package leaves Ramzar’s facility with correct shipping info, liability transfers to the carrier.
No refunds or credits will be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged international packages after shipment. Customers should file claims directly with the carrier.
